Our flagship initiative, ReThink Health, works with leaders to identify and overcome barriers at the regional level to assure that multi-sector efforts are designed, led, and financed in ways that foster healthy people and thriving communities. Our newest initiative, FORESIGHT: Designing the Future for Health, is bringing together leaders from across sectors to explore the impact of technology and emerging trends on how we design today for the realities of tomorrow.  

With a growing team of more than 40 highly skilled staff and contractors who work from our headquarters office in Morristown, New Jersey, our program office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and from sites around the country, we focus on a select set of R&D, influence, and place-based efforts to reshape the landscape of our health ecosystem. As a learning organization working at the frontiers of the field, we are constantly evolving and changing, pushing the limits of our own learning and of the field to ultimately shift the norms and standards that drive critical decisions at the local, state, and national level.

We are looking for . . . 

Rippel is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and astute Administrative Associate to join the Cambridge office and support ReThink Health. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enterprising individual to devote their talents to an organization that is experiencing continued growth. This role requires excellent administrative, and organizational skills, as well as an affinity for a fast-paced, intellectually challenging, and value-driven environment.  

As the Administrative Associate, you will be expected to handle a wide range of administrative tasks. To succeed, you must be well organized, flexible, proactive, and enjoy the challenges that come with supporting multiple functions and people. You must be a strong team player and have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a continuously developing environment. You will also need to demonstrate independent thinking abilities, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, independent initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, and impeccable attention to detail.

You will provide general administrative support to our program office in Cambridge, MA and to remote team members. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of activities including executive scheduling and meeting planning, making travel arrangements, office maintenance and support, reimbursement and other similar paperwork, general administrative tasks, communications assistance, and special projects as they arise.

Additional Information

The Administrative Associate will report directly to a Project Director but will work closely with other team members. Desired start date is as soon as possible.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
